days_unfolding | A Really Exciting Day. Not, But Productive.

Oh okay. Italian is canceled because a student will be out. (There are two of us who are reliably there.) More time to get stuff done. Now my voice lesson is canceled. My instructor got a chance to sing with a group, and she really wanted to do it.

Zara really likes lying on my chest when I'm sitting up. I've tried to explain to her that that's not very comfortable to no avail. Sigh. I did suggest that she go take a nap after breakfast, and she ran off.

Got the pet insurance documents the other day. Awesome.

Mower guy finally showed up.

Put a litter box on to soak during my nap. Had a nice nap.

I'm in a wrangle with Yoga International. I keep canceling my subscription, and they keep billing me. I hope that they fix it. Because Yoga International billed me, I can't get to the store. That's okay, I'll improvise. I have the ingredients for Chicken Florentine Linguini anyway.

I've been watching some of the Hurricane Ida coverage, but we really won't know what's happened until it passes. New Orleans doesn't look too bad in the French Quarter at least.

I reached a good stopping point on my program for my class. I'm going to feed the girls and clean the bathroom. Well, I had to fill the litter box, take the garbage out, and get the mail. The girls' dry food was in the mail, thank goodness because I'm almost out of it. Then I worked on my program again. Now I'm at another stopping point, so I'm going to go clean the bathroom. The bathroom is done except for the floor. (I want to do the floor along with the bedroom floor.)

I'd like to work on my program some more, but I think that I should go to bed. I have a meeting at 9 AM, so I want to log on a bit earlier.
