Zara's emergency pate food arrived from Amazon, and yep, she ate most of it. I'm glad that I can understand what she's "saying". Mimi promptly started eating the leftovers, and I took them away from her. Like herding cats :)

I found a cookbook on how to make Indian food in a slow cooker, so I'm thinking about getting it. And I'm eyeing rice cookers on Mercari. Damn, that food was good last night. And I found an Indian grocery in Springfield, and it even is in a convenient spot. Champaign has a couple of them. I also found an "easy" Indian cookbook with recipes for Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer. Must buy.

Took a nap and slept through until morning.
