Under the weather

The construction workers didn't show up at 9 this morning. I worked for a while, then went to lie down for a little while because I'm not feeling well. I woke up to a series of loud knocks and ran out into the living room. Two construction workers (who turned out to be other workers) were standing there. They asked who I was expecting and I told them, and they apologized for the other workers not showing up. They asked if I wanted them to come back tomorrow, and I said yes because it had gotten late, and I had a meeting in the early afternoon. So we left it that they and the other set of workers would come tomorrow. I sincerely hope so because I've just about had it with the construction.

Other than that, I'm not feeling well, but am trying to keep plugging along. Harlee didn't eat again today. Feeling cranky and worn enough to tell her to suit herself.
