I'm freaking out

I received an offer on the condo. It's for the list price, but they want me to pay $10K in closing costs (so essentially it's for $10K under list price). Cynthia wants to negotiate down to $5K. I asked for two weeks rent back after close of escrow, but I don't know if I'll get it.

I need to make some calls on Monday to find out how much of a deposit I'll need for the move, how much it'll cost to fly the cats out, etc.

Deep breath, no freaking, everything is moving as planned. Think about what it costs to stay and wait for another offer before you reject an offer - that way you are using math to make the decision. Sounds like a good thing! Lots of worry gets sold with the condo - right?
