I'm going to have a tough decision ahead of me. I got estimates from agents of Mayflower and Wheaton movers. Their cost is comparable. The Mayflower agents have a slightly better BBB report, but not by much. Not sure how I'm going to make this decision. (I'm glad that I talked to both of them because they validated each other's estimates.)

My dad has a bee in his bonnet about the offer on the condo and is insisting that I talk to a lawyer. Le sigh.

I don't want to get a lawyer involved, but my dad is hounding me. I wish he didn't think that he knows everything, but he's never going to change.
