The light box must be adapting my circadian rhythm (it should) because now I'm tired at 9 or 10 PM--very early for me. I think that I'm going to eat something, do kitty maintenance, pet Harlee, and go to sleep. My sheets and towels are in the washer, but I can get other ones from the linen closet.
I don't think that I've mentioned that I've been using the Pomodoro Technique at work to keep my concentration going. The idea is that you work intensely for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After you do four cycles of this, you can take a 15-30 minute break. It's weird, but it works. Somehow I can bargain with myself that if I know that I'm going to have a break later, I can concentrate now. I haven't been using it at home though. Tomorrow is going to be Pomodoro Sunday to get things done.
And, by the way, here comes the snow....
