One Down...
I've made my chicken salad for the week. The food processor made quick work of chopping, but it chopped things a little too fine. (I've never used it before. Shows how much I cook. I got better at stopping the chopping a little sooner.) Of course, I had to sample the final product, and it's pretty good. As an added benefit, I now know how to bake chicken breasts. I need to clean up and then start the meatballs.
I also washed litter boxes earlier, and also Harlee's bowls and her mat, which was really gross. It's much nicer in her room now. (And yes, I washed my hands before cooking.) However, my vacuum quit working. I'm trying to figure out if I can afford a Shark Navigator, which is what I really want. It gets a lot of rave reviews.
