I finished the letter of reference for my former colleague. I exchanged e-mails with her about a question that they were going to ask at an interview that she's having next week. I'm glad that she has an interview. I decided to stay home and get things done, rather than running errands. I had a headache through, and took ibuprofen and lay down for a short nap...and just woke up at midnight. I'm going to eat something so that I can take my nighttime meds, and am going back to sleep so that I can get up early and run errands.

I thought that caffeine was supposed to keep you awake? I was on my third cup of coffee when I took the nap. Sheesh.
