Quiche
I made the quiche tonight. Too much onion in it for my taste, but otherwise, it's good. The pie crust was delicious; I'll have to buy the same brand again.
Mom is doing well. Her computer keeps having problems, though, so she's been MIA online.
I want to do a couple of things and crash because I want to do some things in the morning before I go to work.
