Two steps forward, one step back

The Risperdal seems to be making me worse, not better. Oh well. I'll talk to the doctor, though probably not Monday (last day at work) or Tuesday (my mom will be in town).

I got that too. but mostly I just coudln't find the energy to walk around

I also had the random thoughts thing. and I coudln't organize my thoughts well enough to think very coherently at all. And I wasn't manic beforehand (or anything, other than situationally depressed)

Huh. I wonder why they think that this stuff is helpful.

(Maybe it is sedating me after all, because I just took a 3-hour nap after getting 12 hours of sleep last night-;))
