Travel Day #2

Got up in time to get a hot breakfast in the hotel. So yay. I'm debating going back to sleep for an hour. I need to pack up my stuff first though.

I did lie down for a while. Then I hit the road. I got to Urbana around 2 PM.

The cats were thrilled to see me. They've been hanging around me and jumping on my lap.

I've been looking at Memory Care places in the Champaign-Urbana area. I think that I've more or less decided that if Mom still is confused, I need to move her to a facility near me. Cleaning out her house would be a major chore though.

I'm tired. I took a nap and overslept. I need to study for a test tomorrow. I know that they say to study and then sleep, but I'm completely wiped out. I'll study a little but then go to bed.

Zara is really hungry. I don't know how well she was eating when I was gone.

Hope you find a good solution for your Mom. I can imagine it won’t be fun to clear out her house.
