Homework Day Part 2

I finally remembered to check whether the pet sitter had picked up the job for this weekend until Wednesday, and she had not. I messaged her and we got it squared away. I'm glad that I checked. I need to get cash for her.

I don't know why I've been feeling so cold lately. I checked the thermostat, and it's at 70F, and I have a hoodie and jeans on.

I’m looking at garden porn: seed and plant catalogs. But I doubt that I’ll get a lot done on the garden this year because I’ll have my hands full with the house. I’m wondering if I want a lilac bush because I love how they smell.

I finished my programming assignment and handed it in! Now I need to get packing for the trip and tidying things up. Also, I need to get money for the pet sitter and movers. We will have a review session for the test in my programming class next week on the same day as my trip back on Wednesday, so I'll need to get a really early start to be back in time for it.

But now, I think that it's sleep time! After I feed the cats; Zara is telling me that it's feeding time again. Sometimes I think that all I do is feed cats!

Added: Oh, forgot to mention that a backpack that I bought was listed as "delivered," but I didn't see it anywhere. It finally registered that it said that it was delivered to Champaign, IL, and it turned out that it went to my painter's house, where I previously had paint delivered! I think that both companies used Shop for delivery, and his address was listed as the first address for me. I now deleted that address! The painter said that he'd bring it by when we meet to pay for the painting. I'm glad that I figured it out.

We have several lilac bushes which need to be sprayed every year for fungus. But if done early enough, it's fine. And, yes, their scent is lovely, though the blossoms don't last too terribly long.
