days_unfoldingGot up just a few minutes late. Made it to the train on time. The train is delayed. Oh well. The person sitting next to me woke me at an earlier station because she thought that I might be getting off, but I was on until the end of the line. Oh well. Could have used the extra sleep.
Got to Chicago 45 minutes late. I missed the commuter train to my aunt's house, so I had to wait for the next one. My mom didn't recognize me at first.
Things have been tense at my aunt's house. I'll be glad when the holiday is over.
