days_unfoldingI'm still feeling lethargic and unmotivated (probably due to the lithium). I'll probably ask the doctor about adding an antidepressant to the mix. On the other hand, I worked out today for the first time in ages, and it did help my energy levels. So we'll see.
Spending a quiet day doing laundry, vacuuming, posting eBay auctions, and the like.
