I'm not all that organized, but I gave up on coupons a long time ago. There's too much cognitive load in hanging on to them and remembering about them for me. I guess I focus more on active savings measures like using a credit card with cashback, etc.
I love catalogs and I think they molded my brain at a young age, but I try not to get into it as an adult. with online shopping there's just no practical reason any more.
