Honestly, going down to the xfinity store has almost always solved my issues. quite like that they have that. But definitely annoying that the problem exists at all to have to go there! I mean...500 bucks?? From where? For what?? seesh

I bought a book called Getting Good at Getting Older. It has a chapter about dealing with your elderly parents. I hope that it has good tips. I also got another book about dealing with older parents.

That book looks interesting! I may have to get it myself.
