I did finish moving stuff out of my garage today.
Apparently I judged the amount of storage space I needed exactly right, which shocked me because spatial stuff isn't my strong suit. Here's the somewhat scary evidence:
If there's an earthquake while I have my stuff stored in there, I'm not opening the unit.
Earlier this evening, I was running around feeling almost indecently pleased with myself. (Now the exhaustion has hit.) Tomorrow, I get to sweep and hose out the garage, cat-proof my bedroom, do laundry, etc. Monday, I need to set my alarm for 5 AM (shudder). Next weekend, I'm going to collapse and not do a thing.
I did get my blood test done today. Saturday is the day to go: no lines and a chatty and helpful person in the reception area who explained why they sometimes drew two vials of blood and sometime drew one (because different processing labs perform different tests). The only down side was that the lab tech was clearly less experienced than the ones during the week, but she still managed to draw the blood without sticking me twice.
