I was having problems sleeping with the weighted blanket although it was keeping me warm, plus my knee was twinging. So I got up to make oatmeal. Oliver wanted the oatmeal. I did fall asleep but overslept.

The snow was less deep than they expected. But I'll still need to bring out the snow blower.

I think that Bella has some pointer in her. She does that pointing thing with her foot if there is an interesting smell.

Bella chewed off the bed shaker thing for my clock. I wonder if I can get another one. Sigh. Yeah, they sell them.

Bella is whining when I go upstairs. I told her that she could come up, but she seems to think that the stairs are too steep.

I dug out the info that I'll need for a Lithuanian passport. Once I get the money for Mom's house, I'll kick off the process of getting one.

I think that I'm going to cancel Green Chef (done) and try Hello Fresh. I remember really liking it the last time that I had it.

Oh good. Mimi polished off her food. She gets upset if she sees one of the other cats, and Lily tends to sit outside the gate to the upstairs because she misses me (aww).

I heated up some frozen food because I need to get out with the snow blower. I had Lily and Bella’s rapt attention. They think that it’s unfair that I get to eat interesting-smelling stuff.

Brought out the snow “power shovel” after a little trouble getting it put together. It’s a great tool; it made quick work of the sidewalks. I put snow pants on because I thought that I might get hit with blowing snow, but no. My snow boots didn’t fit one of my feet though, so I had to wear some rain boots and my feet are frozen. Bella was outside and thought that it was fascinating. It just occurred to me that the shelter drove her up from Texas, so snow might be new to her!

Bella likes her stuffed toy in the shape of a bone. It squeaks though, which might drive me crazy :)

I think that Bella wants to play with the cats, which they don’t appreciate. Oliver takes her calmly, but she tried to play with Zara and Lily, and that was a “No”.

I'm tired. I'm going to go to bed early and get up early.
