Scheduling fun and games
Aug. 6th, 2001 09:43 amHmmm....
An interview with a new tech writer landed on top of a class that the people at Kaiser Permanente want me to take. My bad--I didn't put it on my calendar. I think I'll skip the class and see if there's one at the Kaiser site that's closer to my house. I believe that the people at the Santa Clara Kaiser said that the Santa Teresa class took longer, but if it's in the evening, it's better for me.
I can pick up another class in the evening that starts mid-month.
I just increased my medication dosage (actually, I was supposed to on Saturday, but I didn't want to mess with it when I was going to be stuck on a plane), and now I need to lie down for a little while. So much for getting up early.
I'm tempted to work from home for a while to catch up, but I have another class at Kaiser this evening. Maybe if I left a little early and ate dinner up there, I could avoid the worst of the rush hour. It's counter-commute, although I'm not sure what "counter-commute" really means around here anymore.
I ordered a new answering machine to pick up after my Kaiser appointment.
This too shall pass....
