Officially relaxed

Well, I've graduated from my relaxation class. (Tonight I picked up the session that I missed when I was in Detroit.) I'm serious, although I can think of some smart-ass comments that I could make-;) I guess that's progress.

Need to track down my case manager because I never was notified as to when the follow-up appointment would be.
