I was woken up by a shooting pain traveling from my wrist towards my elbow. It's the right place and symptoms to be the start of carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm going to stay offline as much as possible. (Also start using my keyboard tray again now that I just got the monitor, and wear wrist braces when I'm online and sleeping. I wonder if my home gym exacerbates the problem? Better not risk it.)
