The latest in the drug wars

The increased dose of Depakote (1000 MG up from 500MG) is a problem. I've been driving like I'm drunk, and I'm afraid that I'll get into an accident or get a DUI. The people in my group think that you can't get a DUI if you're on prescription drugs, but I think that they're wrong.

Other side effects: Sleepiness, nausea, tremors, some shakiness even when there are no tremors, some clumsiness. I can cope with everything except the driving and possibly the sleepiness. (Struggling to stay awake in meetings is not too cool.)

I'll continue to take the increased dose over the weekend, and if the dose still seems like a problem, drop down on Monday (actually, Sunday night). I see the doctor on Friday.

I probably won't be online much because reps of the construction company want to do a walkthrough of my unit on next Wednesday. I have some stuff that I'd like to get done first. I also need to run into work (I know, I know) because I was too wiped out to finish a full day on Friday. I want to come in and finish an installation process in which I'm in the middle of. Etc.

First, I need to lie down for a while. Sleep does help.
