The Random Report
Mar. 14th, 2002 12:44 amRandom was much more wary this morning, frequently sitting right in front of the open door. However, I was able to lure him away by talking to him, and he's still putty in my hands <grin>. When I got home, he cowered a little when I first opened the bedroom door, but was surprisingly calm. He seems to be getting used to the idea that he'll be in the bedroom during the day. My only concern now is that he's not eating much or grooming himself much. The other day, I bought him some moist food--excuse me, gourmet moist food, and he sometimes eats it.
The homeowner rep at the construction company called me back, and they'll arrange a time for the electrician to finish the testing. I bought a harness and leash for Random, so it might be possible for the electrician to do the testing while I handle Random. We'll see. Anyway, I have options.
I have more to say about Andrea Yates. I plan to write about my personal experience with psychosis because I feel that it's important to educate others about it. Right now, though, I'm really tired. Yeah, I know, I keep saying that, but this time I plan to do something about it and go to sleep.
