A bandage for every occasion
Jan. 20th, 2003 11:02 pmSomeone (and unfortunately, I forget who) said that the reason that we're so frazzled as a society is because of the amount of choices that we have to make. They might have something. I went to the grocery store in search of Band-aids, uh, "adhesive bandages," because the generic ones that I was using kept on coming off.
And lo and behold, there was an entire rack of adhesive bandages. There were plastic ones, sheer ones, clear ones, sports ones, fabric ones, flexible ones, and waterproof ones. That doesn't even include ones that are special shapes or ones for kids. Unfortunately none of them were labeled "will stick to Adrienne's foot". We'll see.
I also went in search of multivitamins, and that was even worse. Is sorting through this stuff a good use of our time? Probably not.
