Progress?

I'm really busy, but here's my quick rundown of the week:

• I left a message with the eBay guy who is ripping me off. Somehow I'm not holding my breath that he'll call me back. LJ is keeping me honest though; I probably wouldn't have called him except that I knew that I had to say something about what was going on.


• SpamGuy stopped forging my user ID into spam headers. Hooray. One less thing to worry about.


• The call with the person with whom I hadn't talked in a long time was nice, but kind of strange. It was like talking with a friendly stranger who nonetheless knows something about me (which is about right). We mostly talked about where I should live. (Austin wound up as the best choice.) Unfortunately, he didn't say much about what was going on with him.


• I'm trying to either refinance my condo or otherwise finance a new car. I'm also trying to get serious about organizing the living room; I want to spend an hour on it a day. That doesn't leave much time for LJ. I always read it even if I don't comment, and I need to cut back for a while. (Now all I need to do is stick to that -;))
