Santana Row

I'm officially in love with Santana Row. It has a little park tucked away in a corner. The park has a fountain surrounded by lawn, and kids were chasing each other across the lawn. The park is bordered on one side by outdoor tables for Starbucks and a fish taco place. You can sit at the tables for quite a while as we did, winding down, watching it grow dark, and listening to the children play. How often do you get to hear children play?

As yupified as Santana Row is, it was designed to contain usable public spaces, and people were out in droves.
