The last four resumes that I sent out yielded one request for a formal interview, one request for a telephone interview, one request for writing samples, and one request for more information about my experience. Not that I'm complaining, but what's in the water??

I suppose another way to look at it is that there's an employment feeding frenzy, and I'm the chum -;)
