I signed up on Facebook in the hope of finding some people from high school and college. I haven't done much on my profile yet.
Nonetheless, I received two requests to friend me. One is someone whom I've never heard of. The other--well, in junior high my friend Deirdre, who played the piano, used to hang out with a guy, Jim Frey, who also played the piano. He just contacted me. I don't know if he remembers me or is friending everyone who went to the same high school. He's a conductor now; it's good to see someone's career aspirations work out.
This is kind of fun.
