Oral surgery
Apr. 14th, 2008 05:20 pmWell, I had my oral surgery this morning (removing wisdom teeth and two others). One tooth hurt like hell when it was being taken out, despite the local anesthesia. The socket of another tooth required stitches. I can see why people prefer to sleep through the procedure -;) Anyway, it's over.
The doctor gave me a prescription for Vicodin, but I haven't been in a lot of pain. Maybe I'll take one when I go to sleep.
The only thing is that I scratched my neighbor's car when I pulled into the parking lot. I left a note, but haven't heard back yet.
I'm not sure what to do with myself. I napped for an hour, but can't sleep anymore. While I'm feeling pretty good, I'm not sure that I'm up for chores around here. Maybe I'll read for a while.
