Happy 4th of July
Jul. 4th, 2008 07:40 pmI'm giving away a Pur water filter on Freecycle. I've been exchanging e-mail with someone with an e-mail identifier of "Paramedic Association". She said "Happy 4th of July! Stay safe."
I guess that I'm not the only one worried about staying safe on July 4th. When I was a kid, we used to go to fireworks displays on the lakefront. One time, some idiot threw firecrackers into the crowd. Ever since then, I've been leery of being in big crowds on July 4th. That's why I don't go to the San Jose fireworks display downtown.
Anyway, happy 4th of July. Stay safe.
