Home again, home again
Jan. 3rd, 2009 05:07 pmWe made it back to Detroit last night. Mom's feeling better, but still not 100 percent well. The kitties are fine and really glad to see us.
Now we're trying to pick up our lives again and dig out from under a mountain of mail. Mom and a friend of hers occasionally do market research work, and they just got a job, so Mom needs to go out of town in the middle of next week. (!) I'll keep the home fires burning. I must remember to try hooking up my computer to her high-speed Internet access to see if it works.
