Joined a gym

I joined my mom's gym today. I'm not thrilled with some aspects of it (very small lockers and a small pool), but it's cheap and close. If I get into swimming again, I might find another gym with a full-sized lap pool.

I didn't sign up for personal training because of the cost. However, I can see the usefulness of it. The woman who led my introduction to the equipment pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself. My muscles still are tired.
