In the hospital

I was admitted to the hospital on Friday with an acute gallbladder attack. At first, the surgeon wanted to take out my gallbladder this morning, but then he decided to treat it with antibiotics to shrink it so that I could have less invasive surgery. So here I am in the hospital. It's weird when your purpose in life has been reduced to being a recepticle for IV-drip antibiotics....
