Honestly, this really is stupid....

I went to the community mental health clinic in Springfield this morning, and it was a complete waste of time. Apparently they don't provide services to people with insurance, but they made me fill out a 6-page application and wait for an hour before they told me that. They gave me a list of doctors to call, but thank you, I know how to do Internet searches without their help. I really am kind of pissed at the waste of time. Working full-time and taking two graduate classes doesn't allow much leeway. I called most of the people on their list, and one wasn't accepting new patients, one is booked solid until April, another is booked solid until March, and one said that they'd talk to the doctors and get back to me. I have one other place on their list to call.

My best bet is likely to be finding a primary care physician to write the prescriptions, at least for a while.
