Cat Question

Dear cat experts: I'm going to board my cats at the vet from tomorrow until Friday for the move. Harlee has a really disgusting cushion that I was going to wash while she's being boarded, but now I'm thinking that it would reassure her in the new place if it smelled like her. Any thoughts? I really do want to wash it sometime, but maybe now is not the time.
