A Slightly Cursed Trip...
Apr. 12th, 2015 10:15 pmWell, this is a fine kettle of fish. I don't have Internet access. Comcast says that it's up. I rebooted my cable modem and router, but that didn't help. Any other ideas of what I could try? (I'm using my mobile hotspot right now, but that isn't a permanent solution.)
I bet that the router is biting the dust. That's kind of a pain because there's no Best Buy here, but it just occurred to me that I could order one from Amazon and have it shipped here. I can't go to Bloomington on Monday because I have a webinar in the morning, and I can't go on Tuesday because I have an ultrasound because there was an anomaly with my mammogram. (I'm not worried at this point.) Maybe I'll order a router and return it if the problem spontaneously fixes itself.
My mom and I are back from Chicago. The event at which I was going to sell Younique was canceled due to weather. We spent a lot of time with my aunt and uncle learning about how aliens gave Abraham Lincoln advice about how to manage the Civil War. (I'm not making this up. My aunt really believes this stuff.) I also helped my aunt use her local library's catalog and get onto the Internet. She bought a brow brush/lash comb from me in return.
And so it goes....
