A Quiet Saturday

I went to the Humane Society, picked up Zara's meds, and came home. I've been working on Italian. I've decided to keep a blog about my adventures in language learning, so I started on that.

Mimi and Zara haven't been fighting tonight, mostly because they're been staying in separate rooms. Whatever works....

I love the fact that I have two more days off of work!

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it. It's a dark and rainy Easter here, although it wasn't raining this morning when people were going to church. (Me? I slept in.)

Mimi and Zara are suddenly getting along much better (knock wood). I guess that they needed to be together for a certain amount of time to work it out. They still aren't friends, but that's okay. Maybe they'll like each other better over time. Anyway, I think that's a good Easter present.

On the docket: more Italian (i'm really enjoying it!), language blog, and cleaning and organizing. And I just made some clam chowder, so I'm going to go eat it.

Oh, I have to remember to catch up on a class that I'm taking for work. And practice guitar!!!
