I've been tired and sniffling all week long. Finally, on Thursday night, I got a really sore throat, and Friday morning, I had a sinus headache. I called in sick and slept for the better part of 24 hours, just getting up to eat and feed the cats, and going back to sleep. (Well, I slept after the cats stopped fighting. I was trying to go to sleep, and they were fighting right next to me. Thanks, guys.) Mimi was freaking out after I had slept a long time. ("Mommy, you're not moving! Why!") Saturday, after debating a lot, I did go to the Humane Society and to the store. I need to work on my taxes today, but also want to go to bed early because I go to the Humane Society tomorrow. I'm better, but still not totally well.

What an exciting life I lead....
