Best Laid Plans
May. 17th, 2016 03:39 pmThe goal that I'm working on with the life coach is to get up early and not lie down again to take a nap. Given how groggy I am in the morning (largely because of my meds), it's a challenge. I tried listening to music while I ate breakfast, and it was working. I felt fairly wide awake. Then I got stomach cramps, and threw up my breakfast. I called in sick and went back to sleep. Oh well, I tried.
I don't know what's wrong with me. Maybe a little food poisoning? I don't have a fever. I didn't eat anything strange though. I just ate some toast, and am keeping it down, and am feeling a little hungry. Maybe I'll try some Ramen. I'm feeling wide awake too, so maybe I'll do some stuff around here.
