Time to Start Up a Meditation Practice

I'm having some financial problems, which I don't really want to get into, but it's got me distracted and stressed. I'm going to talk to someone on Friday to see what my best move is.

Meanwhile, Mimi's not feeling well. She threw up all over the place yesterday, and I decided to keep an eye on her. Today, she hasn't been eating, which, given that I'm talking about Mimi the glutton, really alarmed me. I gave her some baby food on my finger during dinner, and she licked it, so I gave her some in a dish, and she didn't eat that. When I got home, I let her into the bedroom where Zara was so that I could keep an eye on her, with the result that both she and Zara left. She just ran after Zara when Zara ran out of the office, so maybe she's feeling better. One of them ate some of Mimi's food since I got home, but I'm not sure who. I just shut Zara in the bedroom to get her away from Mimi, so I guess that I'll leave Mimi out. I'll see how she's doing in the morning and call the vet if I have to.

I've now been home for an hour and a half, and still haven't eaten. So I should do that. I have a few things to do, and then I'll crash. It would be good to get up early in case that I need to bring Mimi to the vet. I'm glad tomorrow is Thursday (my Friday). I need some down time, although I'm going to stop by work at noon on Friday to cover the front desk so that my boss and the front desk worker can have a lunch break. My boss has been teaching a ton of classes this week, and she's being a real trouper.
