Black Friday

I got my Craigslist and some of my eBay auctions set up last night. Didn't get much cleaning done though. And now I'm pretending not to see things involving what I'm selling. Someone offered slightly over half price on the bowlback mandolin that I'm selling on eBay. (I'm using Buy It Now with Best Offer.) Then someone offered 80% of my asking price, which I probably will take unless someone offers more. Someone offered half my asking price for my violin on Craigslist. Really? It's a nice violin in a good hard case. I probably won't take that offer. Anyway, if you want to attract attention on sale sites, sell a musical instrument.

I'm tired. I didn't get a lot of sleep. I didn't stay up cleaning, but had a rare bout of insomnia. I stayed up after breakfast to post a Black Friday Younique sale on Facebook. I need to go out later to get cereal from Aldi.

Mimi has been endearing herself to me. She follows me around wherever I go, and sleeps on my bed when I go to sleep. Yesterday, I came up to bed, and found Mimi and Zara taking up my spot in the bed. I wonder if I should worry now that they're working together?

I bought my one Black Friday bargain on Amazon--a cushion-type pet bed for Mimi and Zara. I had planned to get one anyway, and this one is really nice-looking. That's it for me.

Sold!

Sold the violin, at my asking price, in town, to a young lady who was so excited that she was squealing :) So it was a win-win: I got money to pay the pet sitter when I go up to Chicago for Christmas, and the violin is going to someone who will love it and use it.

But now I need to do some serious cleaning so that the pet sitter can come over. I need to eat dinner and then get getting.
