Side Hustles

I read an article in Inside Higher Ed about side hustles for people in academia, which led to some articles about brainstorming and developing side hustles. I want to do the exercises in the articles, but it occurred to me that I have proofreading and editing skills, and there are several large universities in the nearby areas. I also thought about marketing social media skills to local businesses. This type of work makes more sense because it plays to my strengths, unlike makeup. I'll see where this goes.

In other exciting news, I wonder if Mimi realized that I was annoyed with her because she's been on her best behavior lately. Well, except for jumping on my back when I was bent over looking for something :)
