And She's Off (But We Knew That)!

I got my hair cut. Now my mom won't mistake me for a sheepdog :) I left my wallet at the hairdressers' too, but they called me quickly and I came back and picked it up. Sometimes I think that I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached.

 

Went into work early because I was already up and dressed, and didn't think that there was a reason to go back home. Had a long chat with my friend, Jude, whom I haven't seen all summer because we've been working different hours. She thinks that I should get a dog.

 

Had a long chat with my boss about how to tackle our research and estimates for the new programs.

 

It took me the better part of an hour to disentangle myself from work, and I'm only going to be gone for two days. Sheesh.

 

And I'm off tomorrow! I'm off tomorrow! Think that I'm getting a little overexcited?

 

I think that I'm going to eat dinner and read the RV book that I checked out of the library in bed.
