Productive Day

Had some problems falling asleep. Finally got up and ate a mini-pizza, and that did the trick. Woke up around 6 AM, decided that was too early to get up, and then woke up at 11.    

 

Dark in here. I hope that means that it's going to rain. We could use some rain.

 

Mimi was very chatty up to the time that I fed her her canned food. Now she's dozing.

 

I've gotten hooked on reading old LJ entries. But now my eyes are stinging. Overdoing it.  

 

Made pancakes for lunch. They were delish.

 

Scrubbed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees. I should be able to use the steam mop from here on out.

 

Watched The Crown because I couldn't find Anthony Bourdain on NetFlix. It was a good episode.  Apparently I missed one episode though. I'm hoping to have time to watch it tonight.      

 

There was a cheeseburger in the freezer that I forgot about. It was delicious. Burp :) 

 

Amazing how much more time that I have when I don't nap.

 

Hand-scrubbed most of the living room carpet. I'll finish the rest tomorrow. I'm planning to rent a Rug Doctor next weekend because my carpet cleaner isn't sucking up the dirty water well.

 

Watched another episode of The Crown. Showered and ate dinner. I need to go to sleep early and get up early for my meeting in Champaign-Urbana.
