I woke up around 8:30 AM. Wow, that was the most comfortable hotel bed that I've ever slept in. The whole place is kind of ritzy. The room has both a separate bathtub and a shower, so you can do whatever you want. On the other hand, there are two bottles of water in the room, and I thought that I'd take one. $8 each. Maybe not. The hotel has a restaurant, but I think that Union Station would be cheaper. 

 

Well, I'm at Union Station, and have ordered some not-cheap pasta, but I'm hoping that it'll keep me full until I catch the train. It has.

 

One hour out from departure time. I've been reading for a while, hanging out outside for a while, and repeat. Just turned my phone back on (which I need to display the ticket).

 

On the train, thank goodness, and we've departed.

 

Made it to Lincoln without incident. Had a couple of hot dogs on the train for dinner. I'm planning to go to sleep soon because I need to get up early, do laundry, and pick up the cats before work.
