Peach Cobbler!
Jan. 6th, 2019 10:42 pmWoke up at 10 AM. Went back to sleep. Woke up at 12:30.
Kitty drama. Mimi and Zara wound up near each other in the kitchen, and Mimi started "Acking". I told them that they can share the same floor. Sheesh. I hastily gave Mimi some dry food, and that seemed to calm her down. Mimi tends to think with her stomach.
Fed all of us. We all took a nap. Made myself something to eat. Threw myself together.
Ran errands. I scored a peach cobbler with a sell-by date of today for $3 off. I also bought a cauliflower-crust pizza, which was ridiculously expensive, but I wanted to try it. If I like it, one of my Keto cookbooks has a recipe for cauliflower pizza dough. I also priced some items that are good for Keto, like coconut flour, and sheesh, expensive.
