Some Progress

I had to curl up in a ball last night because both Mimi and Zara were at the foot of the bed. Zara was lying on my feet, but I managed to get them out from under her. I put them in the two inches that she left next to her.

 

Had problems getting up. Got up around 9:30 AM. Both girls were still on the bed. Now Mimi is on my lap.

 

The weather forecasters are predicting rain on Friday. That's going to really suck because I need to get the rest of the stuff out of the old place. Plus I'm getting the carpets cleaned, and wanted to open the windows. Bah.

 

Zara wants to get up on the ceiling. She gets on top of the kitchen shelves and stretches to touch the ceiling. Good luck with that, Zara.

 

Mimi was so sleepy when I left. I think that she was wishing that I'd leave so that she could nap. I find it hilarious that Mimi and Zara nap at the opposite ends of the mobile home. No love lost between them, but we knew that.

 

Grabbed some clothes from the old place. I think that I'll have to whittle my clothes down, but right now, the important thing is to get them out.

 

My tax refund posted to my bank account. Cool beans.

 

Went over to the old place and scrubbed the carpet. Decided that I should spend the night over there tomorrow night because the carpet cleaners will be there at 8 AM. 

 

Came home and fed the girls. Zara has decided that I have to feed her in "her" room (the TV room). She'll wait until I find her and give her the food. Sheesh.

 

Now I'm going to heat up some pizza, eat, and then sleep.
