D&C Day

Had problems falling asleep last night. Couldn't shut my mind off. Got up at 7 AM however. Sitting here with Mimi on my lap trying to wake up.

 

Can't wait to get the procedure over with. I'm staring at my phone, but not really reading anything.

 

Futon wars going on here. After Mom got up, and after the girls were fed, the girls lay claim to the futon that Mom has been sleeping on. Mine, mine, mine!

 

Had the D&C done. Except for some bleeding and feeling groggy after the procedure, I felt okay. I even asked Mom to go out to eat after the procedure. Boy, was that food good. (I wasn't allowed to eat or drink after midnight last night.)  I took a nap after I got home and slept for a few hours. Mimi is now "helping" by warming my lap.

 

Feeling a little queasy and crampy. Want to suck it up because I want to empty a few boxes and pay a few bills.

 

Mom helped me empty a few boxes. We decided to eat dinner at home. Zara was stalking my food, but she decided that I wasn't going to give her anything, so she tried to work on Mom. I told her to get off of Mom's lap.

 

I'm feeling kind of tired, so I think that I'll go to sleep early and get up early.
