Glitches

Crud. I was going to take Friday off to pack Mom's extra stuff, but I'm on call at work on Friday. Hell. I don't think that I can get it done in one day. I'm now planning to take Monday off and spend the weekend packing. I've now got the storage space, a U-Haul, and helpers.

The car repair shop can't do an estimate until the 20th. I had planned on being back that day. Shit. Mom would be happy to have me longer, but I have stuff to do in Illinois.

I asked Dad if I could come out Memorial Day weekend, and he said that they were going out of town and coming back that weekend.

Mom was having another confused day. We were tearing her room apart looking for her cell phone, and she was getting upset, and then she said, "Oh are we looking for this?" and pulled out her cell phone from her pocket! I need to call her doctor's office in the morning because they want her to come back for a transfusion.

My homework assignment was tough. I had something to hand in, but thank goodness for partial credit.
