Sick Day

Some of the cat toys that I ordered have arrived. I put two catnip toys in the plant room, and Mimi is going nuts playing with one. Good. I want them to know that the plant room is the play room. Zara is not interested in the catnip toys. I’ll have to try the wand with feathers, which she loved when she was younger.

I'm feeling dizzy, dehydrated, warm, and loopy this morning. I made a mistake in a meeting. My boss told me to go lie down, so I'm skipping class and doing so.

Slept for an hour and got up to get my delivered groceries. Went through the mail. Plow and Hearth has great garden stuff. I thought about taking one of my Mom’s garden arches, but they have one that I like. They have a great bird feeder too, so I guess that I’ll leave Mom’s. I’m wondering if I want a side garden on the house, but I also want a patio, so maybe not. Now I'm thinking to have an arch at the side of the house and a path to the patio.

Went back to sleep for two hours, but shut my alarm off and slept for four. I’m still feeling dizzy and shaky. Ate dinner. I'm going to feed the cats, go back to sleep, and get up early to prepare the kitchen for the house cleaner. I might take a load or two of books up tonight.
